It’s often boring and I don’t feel like I’m learning what I need to succeed in this course.

Things need to be gone over in more detail. Somewhere, either in discussion or lecture, but right now no one is going over it and one has to seek tutoring just to get the basic ideas.

It would be nice if the lighting were better, as not to interfere with the projector. Maybe the projector and lights would brighten. It would help students stay alert

I think there should be more complicated examples that help us apply the concepts more.

It goes quickly. If you don’t understand something, the lecture keeps moving and you’re lost. However, this wouldn’t be such a problem if discussions were more effective
