We also show results under a 40? phase rotation for CLEO which is roughly the estimated maximum of the model of Falk, Nir & Petrov (99)
CLEO and FOCUS would be more consistent if ?> 90°...
but FOCUS has some overlap even with CLEO’s most restrictive fit at ?= 40°.
